1. Click Here to Claim Your Account for your Ticket.

2. Click on 'Claim My Account' and fill in your email you used to purchase your ticket. You will be sent a link to activate your account and set up your password.

3. Once logged in, click on 'Registrations' at the top of the page.

4. Select 'View Details' for the Synergy Convention Kickoff.

5. Next click 'Edit' for the registration of the ticket you wish to transfer.

6. Please note you will only be able to edit the name, contract level, email and phone number - make sure you complete with the agent's info you are transferring too.

7. Once you edit the information - make sure you hit save.

8. Then make sure the agent you transferred your ticket to goes to
kickoff.synergyzooms.com/transfers
to have the confirmation email sent to them.

9. For the transfer, you will be responsible for collecting the money from the agent you transfer your ticket to.

10. Your transfer is now complete.
